1. Corriform, where project drawings are supplied, will take off quantities of shuttering required to complete foundation construction and design the necessary formwork.
   
   
2. Corriform's on-site installation requires the minimal amount of labour, is light and user friendly requiring simple hand tools for any jointing and fabrication.
   
   
3. Corriform, being pre-creased and pre-cut 'to size', is flat packed onto a pallet therefore taking up minimal on-site storage.
   
   
4. By using Corriform permanent shuttering the contractor avoids shutter cleaning, the use of release agents, the high cost of skilled labour, the lengthy time element in traditional shutter construction and the use of heavy traditional materials.
   
   
5. Using Corriform 'U' shaped ground beam shutters and fully encapsulated pile cap formers, the contractor avoids the labour and material cost of placing a concrete blinding into the trench base.
   
   
6. Corriform extruded polypropylene's inherent properties protect sub ground concrete from attack by a wide variety of chemicals and materials. In general the chemical resistance of P.P. is excellent and tends only to be attacked by strong oxidising acids and chlorinated solvents. For more details see our technical information.

'U-shape' reinforcement frame
19mm plywood to width of Corriform 'U-shape

a		Fix Corriform to pre-prepared concrete surface
b		Place 'U-shape' steel reinforcement centrally onto Corriform
c		Fold Corriform sides vertically
d		Sit Ply lid onto reinforcement frame. Secure top edge of Corriform by taping accross or nailing through Corriform top edge.
e		Pour concrete, vibrate and await cure.
f		Remove ply, support frame and Corriform 'U-shape'.
